You can imagine bodyArt class like a circle. After a strong, dynamic exercise there is a stretch followed by an energizing period again. The exercises work on multiple muscle groups at the same time, with each movement taking place at the rhythm and pace of breathing. The exercises are continuous, one comes from the other.
With lighter and advanced variations, everyone will find the greatest challenge for them, therefore exercise is strongly recommended for all ages.
